As a software engineer I usually notice how other softwares do and how other colleagues in same job do in their solutions.
Lastly, I experienced a trial to reserve a train ticket from ENR (Egyptian National Railways) website.
I really amazed of intelligent strategies they implemented to deceive evil enemies whose only crime is trying to use the service!!!

finally I have done it.
after three days of reading manuals, searching Internet, asking on IRC channels and doing configurations, I could set up my VPS (Virtual Private Server).

في مثل هذا اليوم 18/10/1931 عاش العالم آخر ليلة في الظلام حيث أطفأت كل المصابيح الكهربائية لتعلن وفاة توماس إديسون.

Although many have talked in this topic before, I'll highlight a very simple part of it. And as usual from a different point of view.
We all know disadvantages of education systems in Arabic countries, and we all know they are graduating ignorants who can't do anything because they contain very old materials and educating ways that hardly fit for circus animals (like repeating content till the animal [student] learn, and punishing by hitting on mistake, and so on)

This is a nice song that many may have watched and loved it, but is there who noticed that it strongly highlights disadvantages of Arabic education systems?!!

رغم أن الموضوع قد تناوله الكثيرون من قبلي إلا أني سألقي الضوء على شيء بسيط جدا منه. وكالعادة من وجهة نظر مختلفة.
كلنا نعلم مساوئ نظم التعليم في البلاد العربية وكلنا نعلم أنها تخرج جهلة لا يصلحون لشيء لما تحويه من مقررات عفا عنها الزمن وأساليب تدريس بالكاد تصلح لتدريب حيوانات السيرك (كتكرار المحتوى حتى يحفظه الحيوان [الطالب] والعقاب بالضرب عند الخطأ وهكذا).

هذه أغنية لطيفة ربما شاهدها وأحبها الكثيرون ولكن هل لاحظ أحد أنها تلقي الضوء وبقوة على مساوئ نظم التعليم العربية؟!!

what is purpose of writing software? Usually software is written for solving specific problems or making something easier. So, in all cases software must be usable.
User interface of the software is its part that users deal with and most – if not all – of usability issues are related to it.
As usual I'll tell a story that happened with me and then continue discussion.

Some people don't realize the real value of brains. I'll talk about what happens in software development market and what some employers do.
Sadly, some employers don't evaluate their employees well and don't know their real value.
they overvalues source code rather than brains who developed this code!

A lot of fathers talk about obedience and its benefits. They usually mention weak examples about who obeys and how they succeeded and say "who obey will be blessed" and stuff like that. They follow this approach only because of weakness of their reasons and their weak ability to convince, so they try to force their opinions using their authorities whatever it is.
They haven't realized that the distinct person is always rebellious and we haven't heard about any scientist or any distinct person who was obeying this blind obedience but what makes distinct persons distinct is changes they have made and changing doesn't start except with insurgency on reality.
as they mention weak examples about who obeys. I'll mention strong examples about rebels, and let intelligent persons arbiter which of these examples is better and more successful.

يتكلم الكثير من الآباء عن الطاعة وفوائدها وعادة ما يذكرون أمثلة باهتة عن المطيعين وكيف نجحوا ويقولون أن الشخص المطيع مبارك والكثير من مثل هذا وهم لا يستعملون هذا الأسلوب إلا لضعف حججهم وعدم قدرتهم على الإقناع فيحاولون فرض آراءهم بالقوة مستغلين سلطتهم أيا كانت.
وفاتهم أن الشخص المميز هو دائما متمرد وأننا لم نسمع عن عالم أو أي شخص مميز كان مطيعا هذه الطاعة العمياء بل إن ما جعل الشخص المميز مميزا هو ما أحدثه من تغييرات والتغيير لا يبدأ إلا بتمرد على الواقع.
وكما يذكرون أمثلة باهتة عن المطيعين سأذكر أمثلة قوية عن المتمردين وليحكم العاقل أي من هذه الأمثلة هو الأفضل والأنجح
